I don't teach by age group or rigid ability bands. Every lesson is 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 in my private heated pool in Kenley, and the plan is simple: whatever the most logical next step is for your child's swimming, that's what we work on next — based on my professional judgement, lesson by lesson.

1 · Welcome and warm-up
Every child settles in, revisits recent milestones and warms up in the water.

Two or three specific skills per lesson, taught with clear demonstrations and repetition.

A playful finish that locks in the new skill and keeps children wanting more.
